As a Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.
Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

We offer a variety of different yoga styles that are perfect for students of all skill levels and body types. Discover Yoga's Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual Benefits
The word “yoga” means “union” and refers to the spiritual union between the mind and the body. By controlling the breath and holding the body in steady poses or “asanas”, yoga creates harmony within the body. Asanas are specifically designed to sculpt the body, release muscular tension, and tone internal organs. By linking breath with movement, yoga strengthens the mind-body connection. Regular participants benefit from less stress and anxiety, a centered mind, and an enhanced sense of well being. Health benefits include lower blood pressure, increased strength and flexibility, better stress management, and long-term weight loss. Regular yoga practice at Conscious Awakening will cultivate mindfulness and presence for a healthier lifestyle.
All skill levels are welcome at Conscious Awakening. If you are new to yoga, this is a great place to begin your practice in the Algonquin area, or online. Bring your mat, an open mind, and a willingness to discover new possibilities. We recommend wearing athletic clothing that allows you to move comfortably. Our instructor, Tracy Schuldt, provides assists to support your practice and help you move freely into the full expression of each pose. You are welcome to try any class at Conscious Awakening, just remember to be mindful of your ability level. Please be aware that the pacing may be a bit faster in an advanced-levels class and our instructor does not always teach modifications in the advanced classes. We encourage you to do as much as you feel comfortable doing and know that you can take child’s pose at any time.
Our skillful instructor helps experienced yogis go deeper in their practice while respecting individual needs. We encourage all yogis to move towards a mindful practice that balances the physicality of asanas with breath work and meditation. Whether you are new to yoga or have made it a part of your lifestyle for many years, we invite you to enter the studio with a beginner’s mind and be open to the possibilities of your practice.
At Conscious Awakening, we practice the intention of yoga by treating everyone with respect and love. Our instructor has a diverse background in yogic philosophy, structural alignment, body sculpt, injury recovery, and nutrition. We are passionate about helping students deepen their mind/body connection, detoxify their bodies, heal from past physical injuries and emotional trauma, and empower personal growth.
